When are the classes offered?

Monday through Friday, 6 p.m.–9.30 p.m.

 

How many people will be in class?

Up to 100 per class, depending on the class.

 

Can I reserve a space for someone else?

You cannot reserve a space for someone else. Each participant must reserve their own space in class by going through the online reservation system.

 

I want to come in as a part of a group but don't know how many spaces are remaining in the class that I want. Can someone let me know the number of students currently registered before I reserve my space?

Our staff is not able to notify patrons of the current number of registered participants for a class. If the system does not let you register for a particular class, then that class is full. What do I need to wear to class?

Please wear workout attire and shoes. No nudity, please. Do not wear shoes that can be slippery, have heels, or have black soles. You will not be permitted on the dance floor.

 

Is a ticket required for admittance?

Yes, you will need a printed ticket or an electronic or mobile version of your ticket, with the barcode clearly showing for at-the-door scanning. Do not forget your ticket. Your admittance may be denied, and there are no refunds once you have registered for class. An order confirmation email or a Paypal receipt cannot be used for admission. Walk-ins are also welcome, but you are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Can I register at the door?

Yes, but you risk missing a class if it sells out; you will pay more, so we always encourage online registrations to avoid any issues.

 

What time do I need to arrive?

If this is your first class ever at Tago International Center, you must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to sign your waiver and release, or confirm your previous electronic submission. There’s plenty of onsite parking. We will be offering valet, but you are welcome to self-park for free.

 

I am part of a party or group. Can I bring in any food or beverages?

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The minimum age is 18 to attend the event.

 

The name on the registration or ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, only the name on the ticket will be allowed into the event.

 

Is my registration or ticket transferable?

Registered tickets under the attendee's name are not transferable.

 

Can I come in without a ticket and just observe?

Unfortunately No.

 

What is the refund, change, or lateness policy?

Once registered, there are no refunds or changes. If you are 15 minutes late, you will not be admitted.

What about parking?

We have plenty of free parking. We can offer valet parking, but you are more than welcome to self-park in the front of the building, across the street, inside Wells Fargo, behind the dress code, or on the street level.
